It’s always a treat to get together with family, friends, co-workers for a reunion or retreat. Lawrence is a welcoming place to gather. Our location in the middle of America makes Lawrence an easy place to get to by car, plane, or train. We are within an 8-hour drive of ten major US cities, just 45-minutes from a major airport, MCI, in Kansas City, and we have an Amtrak station that drops off and picks up passengers daily. 

Our special event and banquet facilities can accommodate groups of all sizes. 

Rentable shelters at our state and community parks provide outdoor options.
